Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or 3D models

  • Batteries, liquids, or perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sanitary, personal care, or intimate products

If you receive an item that is incomplete or damaged, please contact us at info@autorc.us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Requirements

All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return to the product manufacturer—we are not responsible for returns sent elsewhere.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition, or damaged/missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please note that PayPal and credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting may take time.

  3. Contact your bank—there may be a processing delay.

  4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@autorc.us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

If you return an item that is unused, in original condition and packaging, and the reason for return is not due to a defect or our error (e.g. you simply changed your mind), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund after the return is inspected and approved.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@autorc.us. Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
