Payment and Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping services are not available at this time.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage by default, unless otherwise specified at checkout. This service offers reliable tracking and delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from our Irvine, CA warehouse. Once your package ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address information. We ship only to the billing address provided during checkout or the confirmed PayPal shipping address.

We do not accept requests to modify an order once it has been placed. If you forgot to add something, please place a new order. When possible, we will combine shipments and refund excess shipping charges automatically.

Shipping rates reflect actual carrier costs plus packaging, with no handling or markup fees.

In the rare event an item is unexpectedly out of stock or delayed, we will contact you right away. You will have the option to wait or receive a full refund.
